Zagreb West d.o.o. is obligated to

• seek out opportunities for the conclusion of sale or letting agreements for all its clients with due dilligence
• inform clients of all the legal, tax and other obligations which arise from the transaction at hand
• inform clients of all the relevant circumstances related to the transaction at hand
• conduct with due dilligence all the neccessary steps to presenting (advertising) clients' properties and carry out all other agreed forms of advertising
• carry out a market valuation of listed properties
• inspect all ownership documents of listed properties
• protect the confidentiality of clients' personal information and of all the details related to particular transactions (Zagreb West d.o.o. is a signatory of the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency)
• ensure that all the relevant data and information for the lease or sale agreements is obtained
• mediate in all negotations and endavour to reach a positive outcome, if so requested by the client
• ensure that listed properties can be viewed
